I understand that incomplete applications or applications that do not meet eligibility criteria will not be considered for this scholarship.

I understand that I am required to submit a status report to grants@mitzvahlearning.org one month after funding. Status report questions will be provided to you at the time of funding by the grant administrator. It is also required that a complete final report will be sent to the Fund’s grant administrator one month following completion of the educational program outlined in this application.
